You may phone in your Panama City crash report request by calling (850) 872-3121 during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also fax your request for your collision report to (850) 871-3198.

Florida statute provides for a $1 fee to be charged for certified copies of public records.

In Person 

You may submit your request for your Panama City Police report in person at the Panama City Police Department’s Records Division. This office is located at the same address listed above and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Panama City Police Department also accepts email requests at their email address: fhines@pcgov.org. 

Depending on the manner of the request, you may receive your accident report in paper or electronic format.
